Y’all KNOW I have a sweet tooth the size of Texas so I was super excited to have a chance to work with Insomnia Cookies here in Birmingham.
This location is PERFECT for college students that attend UAB or if you live on the southside area. It’s probably a great thing that I don’t live within the delivery distance. That would be excellent dangerous when I work late nights lol.
When I walked in my mouth IMMEDIATELY started to water. The cookies smelled so good. I knew I was in trouble.
Decisions…Hard ones.
I got one of each EXCEPT the Chocolate Chip Brownie Cookie.
THESE WERE AMAZING.
They were fresh out of the oven. SO GOOD. I nibbled on them all weekend. The kids LOVED them. My favorite surprisingly was the Deluxe S’mores.

We have Insomnia Cookies here in Philly. OMG…. they are sooo good! My favorite are the sugar cookies. Dang, I am going to go get some this weekend now.

I can just taste those peanut butter cookies right now. Too bad we do not have Insomnia Cookies here in California!
