Day 2 – Envy

Day 2 – Envy

Seven things you lack and covet:

  1. Having a  sister. I've ALWAYS wanted a sister. I LOVE all my brohters, but I've always wanted a sister. Someone to tell my secrets to, someone to laugh with, to put on makeup with, to go shopping with. To be my best friend. My sister. *sigh*
  2. People who can draw. I can't draw to save my life lol.
  3. Applying makeup. I know it sounds trivial, but I just can NOT get it right. Always looks crazy to me, BUTTTT I'm working on that lol. I used to model and I could do it flawlessly…NOW? Not so much lol. I do okay, but I want it to be POW! LOL
  4. Women with perfect boobs. Yes boobs lol. If I could change ONE thing about myself it would be my boobs lol. Now leave me alone lol.
  5. People who can eat what they want and not gain weight. YES… I USED to be that chick. Children change your body lol.
  6. A house on flat land. My house is on a hill. Enough said.
  7. Being debt free. I'm close to this one, but not yet.

    I’d like a house on a hill! But I’m totally with you on items 4, 5, 7.

    1. A maid.
    2. A house on the lake.
    3. A craft room with built-in organizational storage, and large enough to accommodate a craft/beading table, sewing machine, cutting/blocking table, flat screen TV and a chaise lounge!
    4. The ability to make everybody happy. No matter how hard I try, I can never make everyone happy all the time.
    5. The interior design skills that my sister has. My house is nice and comfortable but don’t look for me on HGTV Design Star.
    6. Being able to quote scriptures verbatim and cite the book, chapter and verse off the top of my head. Thank God for Concordances. My husband says I’m starting to get that disease.
    7. A winter home someplace tropical like St. Thomas, Aruba, Hawaii, etc. The older I get, the less tolerable I am to Michigan winters; plus they last tooooooo looooooong. Give me golfing weather year round.

    Get out of my head…please!!!
I’ve always wanted siblings sisters or brothers!
I’ve always wanted to be able to apply makeup but I need a manual!
I used to be the one eating anything my heart desired and not gain a pound. I had no idea that trait doesn’t always last for life!
Very close to also being debt free but compared to most I realize others would laugh at what I call debt. But i just couldn’t let myself go into REAL debt I just wouldn’t be able to sleep at night!!! LOL

Oh this is an easy one for me lol!
    1. A back yard! I live in a townhouse and just beyond the back patio is a steep incline & we can’t even sled, right at the bottom is the woods…
    2. I’m a loner, so I really need a room where I can shut out the intruders (the family.) We have space in the basement to put in a room, but cheapo hubby will never go for it.
    3. A flat tummy, unless I can workout for two hours a day that will never happen again.
    4. A really expensive designer bag or pair of shoes. I’m talking Dior or YSL.
    5. Debt free will be awesome, this is attainable.
    6. To live in a rural area – like farm land (not woodsy/mountainy) at least 30-45 minutes to return to civilization. NOONE else in my family wants this, so unattainable for now.
    7. 32 hours days would seal the deal.

*head desk* the makeup thing….I watch a lot of youtube tutorials for this and I still stink!

    1. A good job that I love that pays good money–not for all the material stuff, but so I could become debt free, help out or bless family members, and shoot, maybe take a trip more often than once a decade.
    2. I agree with you on having a sister. My mom and aunt have a great relationship, and I always wondered what it would be like to have a one. I have a brother and two SIL, but still think it would be cool. Makes me sad when I hear of two sisters who don’t get along.
3.I’m with Patricia on that craftroom thing, lol.
    4. Yours is a woman w/ perfect boobs, mine is a woman with a little junk in the trunk…just won’t blessed in that dept. Just wish I had a little “lift.” Moving on now…
5.People who can really do their own hair…Uh me? Not so much. Having your hair look great makes even a not-so-hot outfit look good.
    6. Great skin. Just wish I would’ve worked at it in my teens and 20’s
    7. Folk that can SSAANNGG…not sing, but sang!
