Hey ya’ll!

I still have a LOT of outfits to show you guys from my Maui trip so why not show one today!? LOL

I like to call this dress, the rainbow dress. Why? Because it includes every color of the rainbow 🙂

I absolutely love this dress. When this pattern was released it was one of my MUST haves.

I made this dress to wear with wedges and forgot to pack them so I had to wear them with my flats. I can’t wait to wear it again.

Every girl has to twirl!

My daughter purchased this fabric for me from Hancock where she works, well she purchased some for herself and I loved it so much I asked her to bring me some home and she did lol. She paid with her own money, so that counts right? LOL

This fabric is absolutely amazing. I would love to have some more of it but that just might be overkill lol.

For those of you who sew, here is a review:

Butterick 6021

Pattern Description: Pullover dress has semi-fitted bodice, elasticized waist, flared skirt, shaped hemline, attached skirt lining, very narrow hems, and belt.Pattern Sizing: 8-16Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? YES!
Were the instructions easy to follow? These instructions are very straight forward.What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I loved the style of this dress.

Fabric Used: Challis

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I lined the entire dress instead of just the top.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? There are so many other dress patterns on my list to make but I just might make the short version of this one.

Conclusion: Great pattern and very well drafted. A great addition to my wardrobe.
