McCall’s 6026…A Review

McCall's 6026 (OOP)

I was inspired by THIS DRESS and could not WAIT until I got a chance to make one for myself.

Pattern Description: Misses'/Miss Petite Dresses And Belt


Pattern Sizing: 4-18

I didn't want this to be clingy on me. I normally cut the 14 but I made the 18 in this one.

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?

Not really lol. I modified mine slightly.
Were the instructions easy to follow? I glanced over them. They are pretty straight forward.


What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I knew the look that I was going for and this fit the bill perfectly.

Fabric Used: Rayon Jersey

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I actually lengthened it by 23 inches lol.


Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I really want 30 more of these dresses. It's SUPER comfortable and it went together very quickly. No thought required on my part lol.


Conclusion: Great dress, very stylish and easy to wear.
