I love my FITBIT!
I absolutely love my Fitbit!
My mom has had a fitbit for a LONG time. She isn’t much of a gadget person but she saw this and figured hey…might as well lol.
When she first got it she had a HORRIBLE time trying to get it to sync. She called tech support me and had me come over to try and fix it. I got it to work and the rest was history.
She KEPT trying to convince me that I needed one. Uhh no thanks lol.
Once I got the iPhone 6 Plus I decided I wanted to try it.
I AM SO GLAD I DID.
My mom competes with me DAILY to see who got their 10,000 steps lol. It’s SO funny. Some days I don’t make that many steps and that’s ok.
I love how it keeps track of EVERYTHING.
I wasn’t sure how accurate it would be so I wore my Polar to check it. It’s VERY accurate. The only thing it doesn’t do is track my heart rate (unless I just don’t know how to do that).
My favorite thing about this is the sleep feature. I’ve been trying to get as much rest as I need and this MAKES me want to get to sleep on time. It’s like having an accountability partner RIGHT there lol.
What I love:
- It keeps track of everything.
- Syncs easily with the Health App on my iPhone.
- Shows me my most active time of day.
- Helps me keep track of my calories.
Helps keep up with my water intake. (I don’t have to use this feature that often because I drink well over a gallon a day.)
What I don’t like:
- Although my band is pink, it’s ugly lol. Cosmetic I know but I would LOVE a cute bracelet type SOMETHING to wear.
- It doesn’t track my heart rate. I still wear my polar when I swim/exercise because I like knowing what my heart rate is.
- Sometimes the sync will fail. Not sure WHY it does that but it’s super frustrating when it happens.
Do you have a FitBit? Do you like it? Let me know in the comments!

Yes! I love my fitbit as well. I have the fitbit one. I like that it is inconspicuous, for the most part. I generally wear it on my shoe and most people don’t see it. If I’m wearing a shoe that it doesn’t fit well on I put it on my bra strap.
I also try to get 10,000 steps a day. I recently increased my step goal to that amount after seeing my trend of getting over my previous goal of 7500. So far so good!

Ohhh I may need to look into that lol

Tory Burch makes FitBit accessories, and the next generation of FitBits has one with a heart rate monitor! I wear a FitBit One which I wear attached to my undergarments, tracks my steps without clashing with my outfit…win, win.

Yes I have a fitbit and I love it! I started off with a goal of 3K steps per day because I wasn’t sure I would be able to keep up more than that. However, I quickly realized I had to change that goal when I was trending over 8K a day! That was an “Ah Ha” moment for me! I guess I’m a little more active than I initially thought. Unfortunately, the fitbit also told me I was not getting enought sleep! Averaging approximately a little over 5 hrs a day (no wonder I’m alway tired!) I ordered the black fitbit so it’s not been a problem with it clashing with anything and I find it’s a great conversation piece…those who don’t know what it is (and there are a few people out there) usually ask what it is and want to know if it really works. Great post! Good luck with your Fitbit and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
