Interview with my college daughter Part 2

You guys loved the first interview I posted with Jaelyn. Here is part 2 now that she has finished her first semester of college 🙂

FinessV asked: Question for Jaelyn: When I was in school, all we had was one cafeteria and no fast food options (except for a heart-clogging Church’s Chicken) within walking distance. What options do you have?

We have two on campus restaurants. Off campus Taco Bell, McDonald’s, The Wing Truck, KFC, Subway, Pizza Hut, a sketchy chinese place and that’s about it. These are about 10 minutes walking from campus but I’ve been blessed to be able to take my car with me. If I really want something fancy I can drive to Auburn.

1) what was the most exciting thing about this semester. Coming home for Christmas Break.

2) What has she learned about herself? I really enjoy learning about my history.

3) Who has she met that has been a blessing to her? My roommate.

What is the biggest lesson you have learned this semester? Don’t procrastinate.

What are three goals you have for next semester? I want to make the Deans List, make new positive friends and find a job close to school.
