Soul Food Sunday | Let’s catch up!

Soul Food Sunday

Soul Food Sunday | Let’s catch up!

Hey guys! You all know I like to use Sunday to talk about the more personal side of things.

The past few weeks have been absolutely INSANE.  I spoke briefly about having some back issues. I had a herniated disk and had a block done. Wellllllll had a couple issues with that and a TINY set back but I’m well on the road to being back to normal. Not to mention I have to do physical therapy w/traction three times a week lol. They getting me ALL the way together.

My dad had surgery and you guys KNOW what that means lol. He is doing very well though.

One of my close friends (many of you may remember me talking about Cathy) lost her one of her brothers suddenly. Just trying to be supportive in every way possible.

Aj was having chest pains during football practice so he had to have an EKG and stuff so yeah lol. Crazy is an understatement. He is however doing well.

Oh and we got a new kitten! Jaelyn is taking Wall-E with her to school lol.

But now it’s August (this should post on August 2 lol) and things are slowly going back to normal.

I hope all of you have been doing well. I keep in touch with a lot of you guys via email and that makes me happy. A lot of you have been with me for a LONG time so I love the relationships that have developed.

I need to start a new Bible Study. Praying on which direction to go. I’m leaning towards studying Romans again. I promise it’s my favorite book of the Bible lol.

That’s it for me. Let me know how you have been doing. What do you have planned for this week?

Be Inspired. Live Inspired. Be an Essential Woman.

Adrienne, I had two herniated disk about 9 years ago that were extremely painful till the point where I could hardly walk, much less ride in a car. I was at the point of having surgery just to get some relief, then someone came along and told me about acupuncture and gave me this Asian doctor’s name. I called him and my life has not been the same. I don’t have any problems at all with my back, no pain at all. I never thought I wwould do anything like this, but was desperate and really didn’t want back surgery. Now I tell everyone I know about it, including my mom, but she still has not tried it and as a result she continues to have blocks.
This Asian doctor is really good! If you’re interested in trying something new, email me and I’ll be more than happy to give you his number.
