Forgive Yourself
One of the hardest things you have to do is forgive yourself. Why is it hard? IMO, the guilt from the things you have done makes it VERY hard to forgive yourself.
Therefore, [there is] now no condemnation (no adjudging guilty of wrong) for those who are in Christ Jesus, who live [and] walk not after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the Spirit. (AMP)
When you know you are walking according to the Word of God, there is NO need to feel guilty for the things you did BEFORE you walked with Him.
He will again have compassion on us; He will subdue and tread underfoot our iniquities. You will cast all our sins into the depths of the sea. (AMP)
If God can forget and throw it all away and remember it no more, why do we?
If you do something wrong, get it right with the person you wronged, get it right with God and LET IT GO.
I’m not perfect, just striving to be the woman God wants me to be. Keeping my life lined up with the WORD and trusting Him every step of the way.

Made peace with that (not forgiving myself) a few years ago, If God says, he’s over it; then I’m over it too. He is so good to us. This was a lovely post, thanks Adrienne.
