Happy 3rd Anniversary Adrienne’s Essentials!

The past couple of weeks have been INSANE. There will be a post up Sunday talking about it. So tune back in lol

It’s our anniversary!!!

Words really can’t describe how I’m feeling right now. Most of you know that I NEVER wanted to sew for others. I wanted to remain a selfish seamstress, but God had other plans and I am so glad about it.

In August of 2012 I started Adrienne’s Essentials . I was TERRIFIED. I didn’t announce it until September. 
I was afraid that I wouldn’t succeed. I went back and looked at my journals from that time and that was a CONSTANT. I didn’t want to fail. I didn’t realize that I was holding myself back. We can hold ourself back more than ANYONE else. I’m SO glad I kept going.

The first year was S L O W. I was really wondering if God knew what He was doing when He told me to get started lol.

I was excited about 2013 because  I just knew I was going to be busy and just doing it. Nope. STILL slow. I got a little discouraged.

In 2014 I only did a hand full of work. I put my focus on other things and put my ALL into it. To be honest, I was hurt that it didn’t work out but I know that God ALWAYS has a plan.

My most favorite & memorable moment of 2014 was making the color guard uniforms for Alabama A&M University . That was MAJOR for me.

In December of 2014 I refocused and went BACK to what God gave me. Adrienne’s Essentials. I knew that going into 2015 things would be different.

Things started off with a BANG in January of this year. I was excited and nervous but I was READY. I know I can do ALL things though Christ who gives me strength so I went for it.

God started opening doors and I was so excited and thankful. God does ALL things well.

To celebrate the things that God has done there will be one day specials on different days this month.

To kick it off our most popular item will be on sale for $99 (ALL SIZES) until midnight 8-1-15

Our African Print Maxi Skirt is available in so many colors / prints we can’t even list them on the site.

Once your order is placed you will receive an email with the available fabrics. You choose which fabric you would like and we place the order. We do NOT keep fabric in house. Everything is ordered based on each clients preference.  If you are local you can pick your skirt up once they are finished.

Please remember EACH item is made by hand, one by one.
