Summer Reading 2 | What’s on my Nightstand.
Hey guys! So how about a summer reading update!?
Below are the books I’ve finished since my first Summer Reading Post . Out of all of them my FAVORITE has to be Girl Boxx by Sophia Amoruso. I’ve revamped my business plan and I’m so excited about the direction Adrienne’s Essentials is about to go! WOOHOO.
Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini
Picture Perfect by Jodi Picoult
Have any great books I need to add to my list!? Let me know in the comments!

I don’t have any current reading to recommend Adrienne, but I want to thank you for mentioning Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers. I thought I had read that book, but wasn’t sure, so I bought it from Amazon and read a little every evening before I went to sleep. What a wonderful story. I needed this message at this time of my life. The book also reminded me of ‘The Father’s Love Letter’ (http://www.fathersloveletter.com) which lists over 50 different scriptures in letter form about how much we are loved by God. I have been using these scriptures to journal and it has made a tremendous impact on my relationship with Him and others. Keep posting. God is definitely in the midst of your walk.

Wow how do you find time to read. I have completed a single book this summer. I used to be an avid reader reading 4-6 books a month.

I think I went two years without reading anything other than my Bible. I started to miss my books lol. I MAKE the time and you know how my schedule can be so that’s saying a lot lol.

Redeeming Love is one of my all time favorites. I particularly enjoyed Francine Rivers books anyway. Also, Victoria Christopher Murray. Although I haven’t read any of her latest books. Joy was good.
