Pink Dress & Yellow Jacket

Happy Wednesday! I forgot to post yesterday lol. Between being super sleepy, it being Super Tuesday AND having tornado weather I just forgot! But today is a new day and I’m ready to show you guys my pink dress and yellow jacket. Cool? COOL! LOL

It’s no secret that I love dresses. It’s also no secret that I LOVE color. Combine the two and you have a winner! This is one of my FAVORITE go-to patterns. I literally have about 8 of these dresses in my closet. They all look different because of styling and fabric.

I wore this dress when I was on Talk of Alabama and it’s amazing to me to see my weight loss lol. When my photographer sent me my photos I was like WHOAAA I can’t use these lol. I had to pick the ones where the dress didn’t look SO big lol. I’ve since taken it in considerably so it doesn’t look like it’s swallowing me up lol.

I kept my accessories very simple and paired this with one of my favorite pair of black and white shoes. It is such a happy look. It truly makes me smile.

For those of you who sew, I won’t do a review but the pattern is New Look 6723.
